Store activity
Notifications
Use the bell inbox, notification categories and linked records, then choose owner phone, Telegram and booking alert delivery.
Use the inbox
Open the notification inbox
Use the header bell to review store activity and platform updates. The bell opens a drawer. There is no separate Notifications page in this vendor app. Unread rows have a dot and a stronger title. The footer total spans all categories for the current store plus platform-wide rows.
Explore notification categories
Switch between All, Updates, Booking, Orders and POS. Filters change the visible activity, without marking anything read. Orders shows online order alerts; POS shows completed point-of-sale sales. All also retains other activity, including manual orders and legacy transactions. Delivery preferences do not remove inbox history.
Review order summaries and open records
Check waiting orders and unpaid amounts, then continue in the linked order. New orders counts orders waiting to be processed. Amount pending sums unpaid, non-cancelled orders by currency, excluding POS; it is not an unread badge or a converted total. Clicking an order alert marks it read and opens the order. Booking alerts open the booking; payment alerts open Income & expenses. Completed POS alerts also link to their order.
Read a platform announcement
Expand and collapse an update without leaving the drawer. Selecting an unread announcement marks it read and reveals the full message. Selecting it again collapses the preview. The read announcement stays in your inbox.
Mark every category as read
Clear your unread status while keeping the activity history. Mark all as read applies across filters, even when you are viewing only Orders or Updates. It updates your notifications for the current store and platform-wide rows. It does not delete activity or mark another person’s inbox read.
Choose alert delivery
Choose phone alerts
Save phone delivery preferences separately for each category. In Settings → Selling preferences, the owner can choose Updates, Booking, Order and POS alerts. Each switch saves immediately. Enable notifications in the mobile app and phone settings. Turning a channel or category off leaves the inbox activity available.
Connect Telegram
Confirm the destination with a six-digit code from Telegram. The platform administrator must configure the bot before Connect private chat or Connect group is available. Open Telegram, press Start, return and enter the code. Connection links expire after ten minutes. Telegram sign-in under My account is a separate connection.
Test Telegram and check delivery status
Review the group destination, category switches and paused-delivery notice. One private chat or group can receive the store’s Telegram alerts. Start a group connection as a group administrator; everyone in the group can see its alerts. Telegram categories are independent from phone categories. When an administrator pauses automatic delivery, you can still connect and send a test message.
Understand owner-only delivery controls
Recognize which settings a team member can view but cannot change. Phone delivery preferences and the Telegram destination are personal to the store owner. Other team roles do not gain permission to change them. Disabled switches and the owner-only notice explain this limit.
Find booking alert preferences
Use the Staff notifications shortcut in Booking settings. Bookings → Booking settings → Staff notifications links to Settings → Selling preferences. Choose Booking alerts separately for phone and Telegram. These are new booking alerts for the owner; this shortcut does not configure guest messaging.
