  2. Once the seller accepts the order, it cannot be canceled. However, if the item is out of stock or rejected by the seller, a refund will be processed automatically.

How to Cancel Your Order:

  2. If your cancellation request is received before the seller accepts the order, the order will be canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. If the seller has already accepted the order, cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to wait for the item to be delivered. You can then follow our refund policy if the item is eligible.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

  1. If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was out of stock or rejected by the seller.

Exceptions:

  1. Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
  2. Final sale items are not eligible for cancellation.
